Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's ice hockey team fell 6-2 to the nationally 16th ranked Bowling Green Falcons on Saturday (Dec. 12) in non-conference action at the Ewigleben Ice Arena.

At 13:38 of the second period, sophomore forward Jason Brancheau tucked a pass down low to Stewart, who swung around in front and lifted a shot past Bowling Green netminder Eric Dop for his first collegiate goal. Brancheau picked up his first assist of the year while freshman defenseman Drew Cooper earned his first collegiate point with the secondary assist.

Bowling Green replied at 4:20 of the third period on Wright's second goal of the night and a 4-1 BGSU lead, but 21 seconds later, FSU's Deelstra streaked down the slot and fired a backhander past Dop for his first collegiate goal.
