A graduate student from Surrey, B.C., Jennifer Gardiner provided the offensive spark for the Buckeyes during their recent two-game sweep over #1 ranked Wisconsin on Nov. 17-18. Gardiner finished the weekend with three goals and one assist for four points against the Badgers. She had eight shots on goal in the series along with three blocked shots and was +1 on the plus/minus. She helped Ohio State hand Wisconsin its first two losses of the season along gained a 3-0 shutout win on Nov. 17 and a 2-1 overtime win on Nov. 18. Gardiner had the first goal and an assist on the OT game winner on Nov. 18 along with two power play goals in the 3-0 win on Nov. 17.
