Three Western Collegiate Hockey Association teams recorded victories in non-conference action on Friday. No. 1 Wisconsin tallied nine goals in its 9-0 defeat of Maine on the road while Minnesota State won 4-0 against Dartmouth. The fourth-ranked Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs also won 4-0 over Vermont at AMSOIL Arena.

DULUTH, Minn. – The Bulldogs recorded their fourth shutout of the season in Friday night's 4-0 victory over the University of Vermont. Graduate forward Clara Van Wieren recorded her 100th career point while teammate Olivia Mobley tallied the 50th goal of her career in the victory for No. 4 Minnesota Duluth.

HANOVER, N.H. – Minnesota State picked up a commanding 4-0 non-conference victory Friday evening at Dartmouth. The Mavericks improved to 4-0 in non-conference play this season with the victory. Minnesota State's Hailey Hansen earned her first shutout of the season In goal stopping all 32 shots she faced.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – In its first game of the Smashville Showcase, St. Thomas fell to No. 6 Clarkson 5-4 on a last-second goal in overtime. Despite the loss, Dani Strom tallied a career-high 56 saves in the contest. The Tommies moved to 5-11-1 on the season with the loss and will face No. 12 Penn State on Saturday at noon CT.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The No. 8 St. Cloud State Huskies ended in a 2-2 tie with Union (N.Y.) while the Garnet Chargers (N.Y.) won the shootout. St. Cloud State's Ella Anick and Ally Qualley recorded the two goals in regulation.
