Minnesota State defeated Bemidji State 5-0 in Friday's Western Collegiate Hockey Association action. The Mavericks have now won four out of their last six contests.

Mankato, Minn. - Minnesota State picked up its seventh win of the season in Friday's 5-0 victory over Bemidji State. The Mavericks were led by senior forward Madison Mashuga as she recorded the first hat trick of her career. Hailey Hansen earned the win for the Mavericks between the pipes as she recorded the third shutout of her career with 12 saves in the contest.
