BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) announced a new three-year extension with the B1G+ beginning with the 2024-25 season. The WCHA is excited to continue its partnership with the Big Ten Network and B1G+ as the league's exclusive streaming platform.

We put a tremendous product out on the ice and B1G+ offers one of the most widely recognized streaming platforms available to showcase these highly talented student-athletes," said Kevin Buisman, Minnesota State Director of Athletics. This relationship affords us the opportunity to fully leverage the WCHA brand and this outreach allows us to continue to grow the sport.”
“As the premiere women’s collegiate hockey league, featuring three Big Ten teams and 10 National Champions in the past 14 seasons, we are thrilled to continue our relationship with the WCHA to feature more than 140 games on B1G+,” said Michael Calderon, Senior Vice President of Programming and Digital Media at the Big Ten Network.
Games at all eight WCHA campuses will be streamed on the B1G+ platform, while the league is set to host at least two televised matchups on the Big Ten Network.
