Top-ranked Wisconsin shut out RV Minnesota State in Sunday's Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) action as eight different goal scorers led the Badgers to sweep the Mavericks.

- It was a team effort in Wisconsin's 8-0 win over Minnesota State Sunday afternoon as the Badgers had eight different goal scorers along with netminders Ava McNaughton and Rhyah Stewart, combining for the shutout.
- Kelly Gorbatenko, Claire Enright, and Adéla Šapovalivová led the way for Wisconsin, all having a three-point afternoon while five Badgers picked up a pair, and three had one.
- It was a dual effort in net with Ava McNaughton playing the first two periods and making 23 saves, and Rhyah Steward coming on in the third and making six saves.
- Minnesota State outshot Wisconsin 29-26 and combined for 17 blocked shots; Sophie Stramel won 13 of her 24 faceoffs on the afternoon for the Mavericks
- Minnesota State's Hailey Hanson made eight saves for the Mavericks before Avery Stilwell saw her first action of the season, making 10 saves.
