The Western Collegiate Hockey Association is proud to announce its 2025-26 All-WCHA and All-Rookie Teams presented by Sterling Trophy.
Of note, the 2025-26 WCHA Player, Forward, Defender, Goaltender, Rookie, Outstanding Student-Athlete, and Coach of the Year will be announced prior to the 2026 WCHA Kwik Trip Final Faceoff held March 5 & 7 at the Lee & Penny Anderson Arena on the campus of the University of St. Thomas.

This year's All-WCHA First Team forwards each currently reside in the Top 10 in the NCAA for total points this season, as Minnesota's Abbey Murphy, Ohio State's Joy Dunne, and Wisconsin's Lacey Eden each earned the honor after each being named All-WCHA Second Team members a season ago. Wisconsin's Eden led all WCHA skaters with 53 points (21g, 32a) in 28 conference games played and was named the 2025-26 WCHA Scoring Champion. The Badger forward also leads the NCAA in overall points on the season with 68 off 27 goals and 41 assists. Minnesota's Murphy was second among all WCHA skaters with 37 points (23, 14a) in conference play despite only playing in 20 games as she competed for Team USA at the 2026 Winter Olympics. Also competing for Team USA was Ohio State's Joy Dunne, who recorded 31 points (21g, 10a) in 18 conference games for the Buckeyes.
For the third-straight season, Wisconsin’s Caroline Harvey was named to the All-WCHA First Team while Ohio State's Emma Peschel earned the honor for the second straight season. Harvey led all blueliners in the WCHA with 42 points (14g, 28a) in just 20 games played as she was a member of Team USA at the 2026 Winter Olympics. Harvey currently leads all defenders in the NCAA in total points (54), goals (17), and assists (37). Ohio State's Peschel was second among all WCHA defenders with 27 points (8g, 19a) in 23 games for the Buckeyes. Peschel ranks eighth in the NCAA in total points this season with 29, while her nine goals are fifth-best and her 20 assists rank ninth.
In goal, Minnesota Duluth's Ève Gascon earned her second-straight All-WCHA First Team nod. Gascon recorded a league-best .943 save percentage during conference play and was named the 2025-26 WCHA Goaltending Champion for her efforts. The Bulldog netminder collected 773 saves during league games and posted a 13-10-3 record along with her league-best seven shutouts. During the season, Gascon earned six WCHA Goaltender of the Week honors, which was the most of any goaltender in the league this season. On the season, Gascon has posted nine shutouts, which is currently tied for second amongst all goaltenders in the NCAA. The nine shutouts rank third in UMD program history for most shutouts in a single season.

Ohio State's Jocelyn Amos joined Wisconsin's duo of Laila Edwards and Kirsten Simms in being named All-WCHA Second Team forwards. Amos posted a total of 32 points off 16 goals and 16 assists in 24 conference games for Ohio State. Both Edwards and Simms competed for Team USA at the 2026 Winter Olympics. Edwards recorded five goals and 20 assists for 25 points in just 17 conference games, while Simms tallied 35 points off 16 goals and 19 assists. Simms currently ranks sixth in the NCAA this season in total points with 48 (21g, 27a).
On the blue line, Minnesota's duo of Sydney Morrow and Nelli Laitinen were named All-WCHA Second Team defenders. Morrow recorded 23 points (6g, 17a) along with 45 blocks in 28 games for the Gophers. Morrow ranks third among all NCAA blueliners this season with 31 total points (8g, 23a). Teammate Nelli Laitinen scored three goals and had 17 assists for 20 points as she played in only 22 league games for the Gophers after competing for Team Finland at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
Wisconsin's Ava McNaughton rounded out the second team in goal as she posted a league-best 1.53 goals against average during conference play. In 20 games between the pipes for the Badgers, McNaughton totaled 401 saves and a .930 save percentage. The Badger netminder posted a 17-1-2 record in conference play as her 17 wins were the most among all WCHA goaltenders. McNaughton's overall goals against average of 1.29 currently leads all goaltenders in the NCAA.

All three All-WCHA Third Team forwards earned the honor for the first time in their careers, with Minnesota Duluth's Caitlin Kraemer, Ohio State's Hilda Svensson, and Wisconsin's Cassie Hall each being named to the team. Kraemer recorded 21 points (10g, 11a) in 26 league games for the Bulldogs this season, while Wisconsin's Hall had 32 points (17g, 15a) in 28 games for the Badgers. Rookie forward Svensson competed for Team Sweden at the 2026 Winter Olympics and recorded 31 points (9g, 22a) in 20 conference games during her first season with the Buckeyes. Svensson is third in the NCAA amongst all rookies with her 44 total points on the season.
Ohio State's Mira Jungåker and Wisconsin's Vivian Jungels were named All-WCHA Third Team defenders. Jungåker had 12 points (2g, 10a) to go along with 15 blocks in just 18 conference games for the Buckeyes after she competed for Team Sweden at the 2026 Winter Olympics. Jungels had 17 points (3g, 14a) in 26 league games for the Badgers.
Between the pipes, Ohio State's Hailey MacLeod rounded out the All-WCHA Third Team squad. MacLeod's 1.61 goals against average in conference play ranked second among all goaltenders, while her .930 save percentage was tied for second. The Buckeye goaltender had a 15-3-0 record in conference play, including three shutouts. MacLeod was named the WCHA Goaltender of the Week on two occasions and earned the HCA National Goaltender of the Month for January.

The WCHA All-Rookie team includes forwards Bella Fanale from Minnesota, Minnesota State's Mercury Bischoff, and Ohio State's Hilda Svensson. Fanale was fifth on the Gophers in points during conference play with 24 (12g, 12a) in 28 games played. The Gopher forward ranks fifth among all rookies in goals this season with 18 and is seventh in points with 34. Minnesota State's Bischoff recently set the program record for most goals by a rookie in a single season, as she now has 19 on the year. Svensson competed for Team Sweden at the 2026 Winter Olympics and recorded 31 points (9g, 22a) in 20 conference games during her first season with the Buckeyes. Svensson is third in the NCAA amongst all rookies with her 44 total points on the season.
On the defense, Ohio State's Jenna Raunio and Sydney Lamb earned All-Rookie team honors. Raunio was a member of Team Sweden at the 2026 Winter Olympics. The Buckeye rookie recorded one goal and 10 assists in just 15 league games. St. Cloud State's Lamb totaled six goals and seven assists for 13 points during league action.
First-year netminder, Taylor Kressin, was named the league's All-Rookie Team goaltender after producing a perfect 6-0-0 record in league play for the Buckeyes. Kressin had a 1.33 goals against average and a .921 save percentage in her six conference games played this season.
