Fans can purchase single-session tickets for the 2026 Kwik Trip WCHA Final Faceoff today at the link HERE. Annually featuring a collection of the nation's highest-ranked programs and best players, the WCHA's four remaining teams will compete for the league's playoff championship and an automatic berth in the 2026 NCAA tournament. The league's premier event begins on Thursday, March 5, with two semifinal matchups at 4 PM CT and 7:30 PM CT, with the championship final taking place on Saturday, March 7, at 2 PM CT.

FACEOFF FACTS
In the Polls: Sevenof the eight WCHA squads were recognized in the latest USCHO poll. Wisconsin took the top spot, followed by No. 2 Ohio State, No. 3 Minnesota, No. 10 Minnesota Duluth, along with Minnesota State, St. Cloud State, and St. Thomas, who each recieved votes.
Final Stretch: With just two weekends left in the regular season, the WCHA standings race is close for the league's regular season title as Wisconsin leads the way with 60 points, followed by Ohio State with 58 and Minnesota at 55.
Top Three Showdown: The second-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes welcome No. 3 Minnesota to the OSU Ice Rink this weekend for a top-three tilt. The Buckeyes hold a two-point advantage over the Gophers in the league standings. In the all-time series between the two squads, Minnesota holds the advantage historically with 70-28-7 record over the Buckeyes.
Saving the Day: Three WCHA netminders were named semifinalists for the Women’s Hockey Goalie of the Year Award as Minnesota's Hannah Clark, Minnesota Duluth's Ève Gascon, and Wisconsin's Ava McNaughton were selected as three of the 12 goaltenders to advance from a "Watch List" of 31 netminders from four NCAA Division I conferences.
Historic Husky: St. Cloud State's senior forward Avery Farrell recorded her 100th career game with the Huskies in last Saturday's matchup against Minnesota State.
Olympic Check-in: The WCHA has 20 current student-athletes competing in the 2026 Winter Olympics. Those 20 student-athletes have combined for 54 points. Wisconsin's Caroline Harvey leads all current WCHA skaters at the games with seven points, while Minnesota Duluth's Thea Johansson is second with six points, followed by Minnesota's Abbey Murphy, who has totaled five.
Big Time Buckeye: Last Saturday, No. 2 Ohio State defeated No. 1 Wisconsin 4-1 in the series opener as Head Coach Nadine Muzerall earned her 250th career victory with the Buckeyes. She is now the 14th active head coach to record 250 career wins.
Tommie Time: Last Saturday against No. 3 Minnesota, St. Thomas battled the Gophers to a 1-1 draw, with the Gophers ultimately earning the extra point with a shootout win. The draw marked the first time in program history that St. Thomas tied the Gophers.
Shutout Queen: Minnesota Duluth's Ève Gascon recorded her 18th career shutout after stopping all 26 shots faced in the Bulldogs' win against Bemidji State last Saturday. The 18 career shutouts are the third most shutouts by a goaltender in UMD program history.
Best in the Nation: The WCHA is home to the top three point leaders in the nation as Minnesota's Murphy leads all skaters this season with 61 points, while Wisconsin's duo of Lacey Eden (56) and Caroline Harvey (54) rank second and third, respectively.
